In force from 1 October 2026
Croatian NN 101/2026 · mandatory from 1 October 2026
Anchor prices and daily price lists
— automated.
From 1 October every retailer and service provider in Croatia must show an anchor price next to the price — the regular price on 10 September 2026. Anyone with a website must publish a CSV and XML price list every day by 08:00. Sidro does it for you.
- WooCommerce shops from €50 a year
- Data in the EU (Frankfurt)
- Optional: we set everything up

What the regulation requires — in short
Two government decisions of 10 September 2026 (NN 101/2026) apply to everyone selling to consumers: shops, web shops and service providers.
- 01
An anchor price next to every price
On the shelf, in the web shop, in leaflets and ads, today’s price is accompanied by the price the product or service had on 10 Sep 2026, without sales. For food, drinks, cosmetics, cleaning and household products the date stays 2 May 2025 if you already displayed it.
- 02
A price list on your website every day by 08:00
Anyone with a website publishes a product price list in CSV or XML every day by 08:00, and a service price list after every change. Files need the prescribed columns and name, must stay available for 30 days and be readable by programs without login.
- 03
Inspection and fines
The State Inspectorate enforces it. According to the HZRFD (RiF) interpretation, fines for a legal entity range from €3,000 to €30,000. Sidro keeps evidence for every anchor price and an inspection report.
What you do, and what Sidro does
You set it up once — usually in 15 minutes. Then Sidro works every day on its own.
You — once
- 1Open an account and enter your company and outlets (web shop, store, salon…).
- 2Choose a plan: WordPress €50 a year, or Pro and Chain monthly.
- 3Connect your catalogue: install the WordPress plugin, connect Shopify, upload an Excel or CSV sheet or a feed.
- 4Review the anchor prices Sidro cannot prove and confirm them with one click.
Sidro — every day
- Determines the anchor price for every product and records the evidence — where the number comes from.
- Publishes CSV and XML with all prescribed columns and file names every morning before 08:00.
- Shows the anchor price next to the price on your website: plugin, Shopify snippet or widget.
- Keeps a price list archive of at least 30 days and an audit trail of every change.
- Builds an inspection report with one click.
- Emails you if anything fails — before anyone else notices.
What it looks like
The same item in both places the regulation requires: on the label next to the price and as a row in the machine-readable price list. The demo shop has real, public price lists.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I have to do?
Once: open an account, choose a plan, connect your catalogue (plugin, Shopify, sheet or feed) and confirm the anchor prices Sidro cannot prove. Daily publishing, the archive, display and alerts run on their own. If you like, we do the setup for you.
How much does it cost?
WordPress (WooCommerce shop) €50 a year. Pro €29 a month — up to 5 locations and all integrations. Chain €89 a month — up to 60 locations. Full automation on quote. There is no free plan or trial; the demo shop and documentation show everything before you buy.
Do I need to publish a price list if I have no website?
No. The publishing obligation applies to retailers and service providers with a website (item V). You must still display the anchor price at the point of sale — Sidro also provides a shelf label export.
I have no record of prices on 10 Sep 2026. What now?
Sidro uses modification dates from your shop: anything unchanged since before 10 Sep has evidence. For the rest it proposes today’s regular price and you confirm or correct it (e.g. from a till report or ERP export). Every confirmation goes into the audit trail.
Which date applies to food and cosmetics?
If you already displayed anchor prices under the 2025 decision (NN 75/25) for food, drinks, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries and household products, 2 May 2025 stays for them. Everything else — 10 Sep 2026. Sidro sets this by category and you can change it.
What is published during a sale?
The price actually charged, a flag that it is a special form of sale, and its name. The anchor price is always the regular price without the sale.
Are the files on my own domain?
The WooCommerce plugin serves them from your domain (/cjenici/). For Shopify and other systems Sidro gives a stable URL and instructions to link it from your website.
Is Sidro legal advice?
No. Sidro is a technical tool that structures data exactly as the decisions require; the text in Narodne novine prevails. For special cases ask your accountant or lawyer.
