Billing questions
- How do I pay?
- By card through Stripe. WordPress is paid yearly; Pro and Chain monthly or yearly. You get an invoice for every payment. For bank transfer on a yearly plan, write to us.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices are final — no VAT is added.
- Is there a free plan or trial?
- No. Publishing starts with the subscription. Before buying you can see everything on the demo shop (/c/primjer) and in the documentation.
- Which plan do I need?
- A WooCommerce web shop only: WordPress. Physical stores, several locations, Shopify, a feed, spreadsheets or your own system: Pro. A chain with different prices per store: Chain.
- What if the subscription ends?
- Publishing continues for 7 more days with reminders, then pauses until you renew. Files already published stay public.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the Billing page. The plan runs until the end of the paid period.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes — the catalogue, anchor prices with evidence and the audit trail, at any time, as CSV.
- Chains over 60 locations?
- Write to us for an enterprise arrangement with an SLA.
