Terms of service

1. Provider

Sidro is provided by Event AI Grupa d.o.o., Trampov breg 60b, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, OIB 23337460184 (“Sidro”, “we”). Contact: careventai@gmail.com.

2. The service

Sidro is an online tool that determines and manages anchor prices from the customer’s data, builds and publishes machine-readable price lists (CSV and XML), keeps an audit trail and provides tools to display the anchor price on the customer’s website.

Sidro is a technical tool, not legal or tax advice. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter or connect and for their own compliance. Sidro structures data according to the decisions published in Narodne novine (NN 101/2026) as we understand them at the time; the official text prevails.

3. Account

An account with a valid email address is required. The customer keeps passwords and API keys secret and is responsible for actions taken with their account. Team members are managed by the organisation’s owner or administrator.

4. Plans and payment

Plans and prices are published on the Pricing page. Prices are final — no VAT is added. There is no free plan and no free trial: storing items, integrations and publishing require an active subscription.

The WordPress plan is billed yearly; the Pro and Chain plans monthly or yearly, in advance, by card via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. An invoice is issued for every payment.

If a subscription ends or a payment fails, publishing continues for 7 more days with notices and then pauses until renewal. Already published files remain public until the end of the archive period.

5. Cancellation and data export

The customer may cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period, without refunds for the remaining period unless required by law. The catalogue, anchor prices and audit trail can be exported at any time. At the owner’s request the organisation and its data are permanently deleted within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices).

6. Availability and liability

Sidro aims to keep the service continuously available and to publish price lists before 08:00, with monitoring and alerts. Without a separate agreement we do not guarantee a specific availability level.

Sidro’s liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the service in the last 12 months, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Sidro is not liable for fines resulting from inaccurate customer data, data from connected systems or the customer’s failure to confirm or correct proposed anchor prices.

7. Acceptable use

Using the service unlawfully, attempting to access other customers’ data, loading the system beyond reasonable API use or circumventing plan limits is prohibited. Public price list URLs are intended for automated price retrieval and may be used freely for that purpose.

8. Data and intellectual property

Customer data belongs to the customer. Sidro processes it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy notice. Sidro’s software, design and documentation belong to the provider.

9. Changes

We announce material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.

10. Governing law

Croatian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Rijeka, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
