Monitoring and alerts

Every publication is checked with the same engine as the public price list check. Alerts: price list not published by the morning check, item count dropped by 20 %, sync failed, publishing paused, payment failed — by email to owners and admins (or configured addresses) and optionally to Slack or Microsoft Teams.
