Do I need to publish price lists without a website?

No — the publishing obligation applies to those with an established website (item V). The anchor price must still be shown at the point of sale.

Does it apply to services?

Yes, from 1 Oct 2026: an anchor price next to the price and, with a website, a service price list published on every change.

What is published during a sale?

The price charged, DA in Posebni oblik prodaje and the sale name. The anchor price is the regular price without the sale.

I have no record of prices on 10 Sep 2026.

Check till reports, ERP exports or invoices, then import anchor prices only. For items you know you did not change, confirm Sidro’s proposal.

Is Sidro legal advice?
